(“Bayou Bend” or “the Company”) (TSX VENTURE:BBP) reports that, effective immediately, Mr. Clinton Coldren has resigned as President and CEO to pursue other endeavours. Mr. Keith Hill will replace Mr. Coldren as acting President and CEO.
