As a result of the issuance in January 2018 of 2,000,000 common shares to Nemesia S.à.r.l., in connection with the previously disclosed Liquidity Guarantee provided in connection with the Company’s July 2018 bond issue, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company is 2,160,631,534 common shares with voting rights.
